Atkins Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are my favorite and the "Carb Conscious Supreme Protein bars are too large. The main problem is that I'm so busy during the day, rich in these snacks instead of eating a proper meal of protein.

I would be careful to eat more than four cycles of protein per day, because some packages contain a warning that more can be delivered as cause a laxative effect.

Low carbohydrate diets do not really healthy for you in the long term. You need to get carbohydrates into energy and brain function. I recommend a healthy lifestyle.
