As I see it, buying is good because:

The market for real estate investment is usually a good length.
Rent-lonely waste of money, right?
But once again:
Real Estate in Vancouver is that for a fee. I do not think that it collapses, and Japan in the 90s, but I think that prices will soon fall - could be a better investment.
I mean common, a study on 400 meters of 200K? This is not Manhattan ...
So many things run through my head ... But what do you think?
