Some precautions:

1. Nothing is too acidic or too sharp
2. Nothing really crispy, crunchy or hard
3. Nothing too hot

These precautions to prevent an aggravation.

Remedy

1. Keep your mouth to keep clean and had mentioned washing with an antibacterial mouthwash or salt solution of the previous poster, every 2 hours or less.

Note: Cold sores are a sign of other illnesses in their digestive system. So if it takes one day, seek professional help.

You get mouth ulcers caused by excessive heat in the body or some bad habits such as chewing tobacco or snuff, etc.
To get into this situation, take vitamin C and gargling with a salt solution and hot water. Who gives you a feeling of burning, but a positive contribution to reducing ulcer 3 to 4 days.

Hey, you should eat and not starve the body when the body temperature to increase and affect ulcers or more.
