Hoping I can get a real doctor's/nurse's opinion. Doctor's apt. Tomorrow- swollen armpit, sore throat & ears? - lanced throat

My whole life I always have a lump under my left armpit, not on the right side. I also saw when I was younger (about 12 or 13), and there was nothing wrong, other than a source of foreign fat.

Now there is a hard lump inside, and I'm super sick for almost immediately after the loop. The knot itself is painful, and I have the worst sore throat and ears, which I had. My throat full of phlegm, and have difficulty swallowing. I feel pretty shit. My chest is on fire. They eat or drink.
